A friend recently asked me, “Are business ethics different from personal ethics? ” I said, “as far as your ethics question goes… you are your business… your business reflects your ethics.”  I never distinguish between the two because they are one in the same. It’s what makes some people and companies a pleasure to do business with and others a horror.  Peter is OUIDAD.  Ouidad is OUIDAD. The three are indistinguishable.

There are many ways to make money, but for us, there is only one way to make a reputation worth being proud of – earn the trust of your customers.  Work hard, be fair, and be honest.
